Job description / Role
Your experience in corporate and commercial practice and qualification from a key international jurisdiction is in demand from a leading Saudi law firm that is renowned for its corporate & commercial and dispute resolution & litigation capabilities.
The firms’ Corporate and Commercial practice is at the heart of their focus and business strategy. They have recently been involved in a number of significant transactions in Saudi Arabia, many of them high profile and challenging. As the firm are looking to make further impact in the Saudi Corporate M&A arena, they are looking to hire an Associate with a keen interest in and knowledge of Corporate and Contract law.
The role will afford you the opportunity to advise clients directly and review documentations whilst acknowledging both legal and commercial arguments and client goals. You will be required to maintain your knowledge of the latest legal and commercial intelligence and market information whilst understanding any potential impact on the business. You will be liaising with client’s directly so should excel at anticipating client needs and exceeding client expectations by swiftly resolving problems.
Requirements
- 3-5 years PQE
- Qualification from a key international jurisdiction
- A keen interest in and knowledge of contract and corporate law
- Excellent written and spoken English, in particular English drafting skills
