Global HR Consultancy - Associate/ Consultant/ Senior Consultant (Saudi National
Our client is one the world’s leading human resources, consulting and outsourcing firms. Its team consists of the strongest professionals in the industry, they have access to a global network of research and services in more locations and industry sectors than any other firm.
Their Middle East practice specializes in, Rewards, Benefits, Talent, Leadership and Nationalization.
To join a growing team as our client builds out their Riyadh office. The successful candidate will play an integral role in developing the business, brand and service offering across Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East region.
There is opportunity to grow in any of the key business sectors (Rewards, Benefits, Talent, Leadership and Nationalization) and focus across industries.

Requirements
- Saudi National.
- Undergraduate degree from an internationally recognized institution.
- Analyst level hires: 1+ year experience in a professional environment looking to start or grow their career in consulting.
- Associate Consultant: 2+ years experience, preferably with consulting exposure or notable industry experience.
- Consultant: 3+ years with solid experience in consulting and subject-matter-expertise within one discipline.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Motivated and keen to join an international brand expanding in the Middle East.
