Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Associate is the professional who assists consultants and management to deliver their services as per set standards. He or she has to facilitate to the consultants and management to identify the problems, offer recommendations and assist in implementing the proposed solutions for the organization. He or she has to participate in the important client based meeting on demand.

The Associate also needs to fulfill the management related tasks such as working with the consultants and managers for defining the hypotheses, developing of the commercialized insights etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- To support consultants to lead different modules of project works and driving analytic insights.
- To review the research-work properly so needs to support consultants and management to direct and provide the quality control for team’s analytic and research work
- To work as a supporting-hand for the building complex economical models to assess the influence of tactical options on the future performance of the products/ services.
- To undertake the analytic projects consisting of the adaptive analysis.
- To help the consultants, seniors, managers and partners in defining the hypotheses.
- To develop the insights of commercial nature and communicate the results to the clients.
- To provide the strong foundation for the career growth so develop the novel management and strategic tools.
- To review and summarize the internal data of the client.
- To maintain the collaboration with the case team members to derive trends, conclusions and recommendations based on the analyses.
- To attend Meetings whenever required.
- To follow up with all concerned matters to ensure that all decisions taken by the VP are being acted upon in a timely manner.
- To act as the point of contact on all Corporate Level organizational matters.
- To track companies’/departments’ performance and development projects schedules.
- To maintain overall responsibility for developing company policies and procedures.
- To design and ensure application of project management methodologies.
- To oversee and track main company initiatives.
- To track projects for VP as a strategic/operational role.
- To develop marketing materials including brochures, catalogs, profiles, prospectuses, presentations related to business developments/new ventures and new companies.
- To ensure compliance with managerial, operational, legal and financial policies and procedures approved by the company.
- Other than the above duties, upon organizational need and demand, the Associate may need to engage other activities.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of consulting experience in the field of Lean, Kaizen and TPS; and 5+ years of overall work experience.
- The person needs to have the past working experience in the related field.
- He or she should have strong academic background, for example, having a Diploma degree in business, engineering or a related field.
- The most preferable degree for the job is the Bachelor degree and familiarity with Microsoft is highly preferable.
