Job description / Role
Job Purpose
- Leading the Automation agenda to promote lean and process efficiency culture
Job respnsibilities
- Create insights for expansion and growth opportunities through automation and innovative process optimization.
- Lead strategic and change initiatives relating to automation such as STP implementation, TAT improvements, paperless solution, robotic automation, etc.
- Work closely with stakeholders and external consultants to explore and adapt to best practices on process automation and optimization and robotics technologies
- Work in partnership with different teams within to build new and/or re-design existing processes to enhance the customer experience and increase customer’s loyalty
- Play a key role in ensuring all automation projects (change initiatives) meet business requirements/scope, schedule, budget and desired quality
- Contribute to the assessment of benefits realization on all Automation initiatives, and provide feedback for continuous improvements
- Contribute in the development of the Digital transformation and Automation frameworks and methodology in line with the best practices & standards
- Focus on improving customer experience and increasing productivity and quality while controlling & minimizing risks and reducing cost of quality (CoQ)
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or equivalent major.
Experience:
- Min 5 years’ experience in an automation role
- Experience in UiPath and RPAs in general.
