Banquet Manager

Job description / Role

- Organizes the hall’ events as per the monthly & annual plan & controlling low and high demand periods.
- Organize the daily Banquet’s events as per the operational predict.
- Make sure that the set up of all Banquets’ venues is on time.
- Making daily checks to ensure that everything is done according to the standards.
- Monitor all Banquets’ facilities, back and front & keep the cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Organizing Food &Beverage point of sale.
- Ensures guest satisfaction and high standards of service for customers.
- Motivates the staff to increase the sales and the quality of the services.
- Work to increase the revenues through proper sales actions.
- Maintain a good coordination & cooperation with other depts.
- Applies the ISO quality certification requirements.

Requirements

- From 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent English language.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation and leadership techniques.
- Good communications skills
