BHS Project Manager

They are currently looking for a BHS Project Manager to be based in Jeddah

Duties& Responsibilities:

• Perform managerial and technical activities on BHS/CBIS projects
• Provide design and technical leadership, share knowledge and advice to assure successful completion of projects
• Prepare scopes for projects, review contract requirements, and develop appropriate budget/schedule for projects,
• Review BHS project designs and perform QA/QC on technical submissions. Coordinate project designs and design reviews with stakeholders and applicable governing agencies
• Monitor project design cost and schedule control vs. project budget
• Provide (or oversee the provision of) BHS construction support/administration services, to include responding to all Requests for Information (RFIs), Submittals, shop drawings and other design-related inquiries
• Develop and recommend in the proposed settlement of change orders, claims, and revisions to the design contract schedule and budget
• Assist with project closeout responsibilities in accordance with client direction and contract requirements

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or related field or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, skills, knowledge, abilities and experience
• 8+ years applicable experience in BHS and/or CBIS Systems Design, Installation, Project Management and/or Testing
• Must be familiar with Baggage Handling Systems (BHS), Checked Baggage Inspections Systems (CBIS), TSA and the Planning Guidelines and Design Standards for CBIS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to obtain a Security clearance
• Due to the nature of this work, U.S. citizenship is required
