We have a requirement for Bid Estimator – Facilities Management – Service Provide - Riyadh, KSA.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Sector: Facilities Management

Our client, a large scale integrated Total Facilities Management organization is looking for a Bid Estimator to join their team in Saudi Arabia.

• The role will be based in Riyadh. The successful candidate should have experience in analysing and evaluating tender documents for both Hard and Soft Services, lead and manage to enhance excellent quality submissions, including pre-qualifications and associated documents.
• Present aspects related to tenders on monthly meeting with the management.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals as per RFP requirements.
• Acquire new business though developing clients’ relationship and deliver excellent business to stakeholders.
• Provide all necessary projects details, and solutions during tendering. Generate weekly and monthly status report of tenders to the management for review and verification.

Requirements

Requirements/Experience/Qualifications
• Minimum 4–5-year experience (preferably in KSA/GCC)
• Strong knowledge of estimating strategies and techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skill
• Should have relevant educational qualification
