Job description / Role

• Develop, write, and review bids based on agreed RFP deadlines, escalating issues, etc. as required.
• Prepare bid responses ensuring compliance and risk management by ensuring adherence to local laws, rules, regulations as well as corporate guidelines associated with pricing policy and business ethics.
• Management of internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a technical/FM bid writer.
• A positive, dynamic, and driven work ethos with a keen commitment to client satisfaction.
• Proven presentation capabilities delivering complex bid presentations to potential and existing clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Proficiency in English - Arabic is an advantage
• Strong Market knowledge
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills - Ability to personally deliver aligned, clear, and concise bid presentations internally and externally
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills
