Job description / Role
We have a requirement for Bids Administrator – Facilities Management – Service Provide - Riyadh, KSA.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Sector: Facilities Management
Our client, a large scale integrated Total Facilities Management organization is looking for a Bids Administrator to join their team in Saudi Arabia.
The role will be based in Riyadh.
• The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Sales Team, coordinating meetings, and diary management. Managing vendor registration process.
• Responsible for managing submission, updating, and maintaining PQQ in the database.
• Assist Bids team in the layouts, formatting, and compiling documents. Maintain and administer report in excel or CRM system.
Requirements
Requirements/Experience/Qualifications
• Strong verbal, Reading and written communication skills in English and Arabic
• Excellent computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
• Minimum 4–5 year experience (preferably in KSA/GCC)
• Strong knowledge of estimating strategies and techniques.
• Should have relevant educational qualification
