Job description / Role
A leading law firm, located in Riyadh is seeking a bilingual (Arabic & English) Corporate lawyer to join their growing team.
The firm is looking to bring someone one to assist and work alongside their overseas & local clients on Corporate and Commercial transactions including:
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Joint Ventures
- Company formation
- Corporate governance
- Conducting due diligence
This is a position where the chosen corporate lawyer will be expected to manage their own case load but still be expected to report to the senior partner.
Requirements
Ideally suitable Corporate Lawyers will have.
- Full fluency in both Arabic & English
- At least 4 years of experience in the GCC / Gulf region
- A proven track record on corporate transactions.
- Ideally have an suitable LL.M from a western jurisdiction
- Solid experience working within a leading law firm.
About the Company
Executive search involves working with a third party, such as JEX Personnel.
Executive search is relationship driven. JEX Personnel will work closely with you to understand the requirements of the role. It is a research-led approach, meaning a search firm will be paid a retainer fee upfront to carry out analyse the marketplace and benchmark for skills/roles and salaries.
