Job description / Role
The BPM consultant will be primarily responsible for design and delivery Process Improvement engagements in designing and establishing the Business Process Center of Excellence for the client.
He/She will Independently provide analysis and recommendations in support of mission-oriented business functions research, evaluations, and related applications and systems
This is an exciting and challenging role that directly supports the business with the monitoring of business unit performance, identifying opportunities for process improvement, analyzing root cause, and leading the implementation of improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Candidates with experience in Organization Design and creating organizational structure essential for this role.
Bilingual Arabic Speaking Candidates Preferred.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong working knowledge of key performance measures, business process improvement methodologies/
The candidate must exhibit strong analytic and problem-solving abilities as well as strong communication and presentation skills that enable participation in group discussions and data driven decision making.
