Employment: Full Time

Our Client is a global water technology provider; transports, treats, tests and efficiently uses water in municipal utility, commercial and residential building services, industrial and agricultural settings.

They operate out five continents through a number of market leading brands, headquarters in the USA, with revenues of $4 billion and 12,500 employees worldwide – they are currently recruiting for a Branch Sales Manager.

As a Branch Sales Manager you would be responsible for:
- Increasing the branch’s client base and revenues
- Working within a sales team to generate leads for new business and customers
- Achieving sales objectives through the promotion of products to a variety of customers within the construction, municipal and industrial markets in the allocated area
- Marketing activities and product launches and maintain and develop relationships the organization to share market knowledge and business opportunities
- Generating sales/revenue target

You will be in charge of supervising the sales team to achieve operational targets by providing business plans, and monitoring the performance of the sales team to ensure the specific portfolios of business performances are met.

Oversee the activities of the sales team to ensure their activities abide by the company’s policies and procedures; and execute priorities by ensuring an open line of communication between the sales team and back office team.

The role shall involve extensive travel within Saudi Arabia as you will be responsible for the company’s operations for the country.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 10 years experience within a sales management role
- Experience within the municipal, industrial or construction associated with the water, wastewater industries
- Proven capability to lead a team and reach sales targets
- Good network of relationships and contacts with contractors, consultants, and end users in Saudi Arabian market
