Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The candidate is expected to lead tactical execution of physician & consumer marketing programs for the CH family of products. This position will report to the Regional Head of Marketing Middle East and dotted line to the Gulf Egypt & Iran region Head. The EBM will work closely with the country sales team to execute the brand plans. The position requires a highly motivated individual who is able to work independently and collaborate transversally in order to accomplish complex deliverables with 70% of his/her time in the field.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Brand plans execution efforts in his/her assigned market across all professional and consumer touch points, in partnership with internal multi-discipline teams.
- Lead and develop physician advocacy efforts, while leading in market execution to build brand prescriptions among doctors through CH medical team & engaging HCPs and pharmacists through leading in market loyalty programs execution.
- Manage Speakers program, Plan and execute focus groups. Lead brand planning & execution for presence at key Congresses and Tradeshows.
- Lead DTC projects execution in collaboration with local authorities and local bodies to build a long term consumer brand loyalty.
- Lead market expansion initiatives including professional and consumer programs and projects. Participate in/lead projects execution across Physician and consumer marketing efforts as needed.
- Orchestrate trade marketing programs nationally for the OTC brands, to maximize awareness and trial through in-store communication and lead execution of compelling trade campaigns, including the booth and events.
- Manage competitive intelligence: evaluate market conditions and competitor data as well as implement marketing defense plan as needed.
- Lead brand development of KPI’s and ensure accurate and timely reporting to broader organization.

Requirements

- Pharmacy/Medical degree required
- A total of 5 years pharmaceutical experience, 2 years specifically in consumer healthcare marketing
- Demonstrated ability to understand and anticipate customer needs
- Understanding of local market, HCP’s programs and local relevant regulatory requirements for DTC healthcare communication.
- Strong project management skills
- Proven ability to cooperate transversally
- Exceptional communication skills in English. Arabic is preferable but not mandatory.
- Passionate, confident, articulate, and comfortable in team environment, able to spend 60% in field supporting team and executing marketing plans/programs and projects.
- Age not exceeding 35 Years, preferred in the beginning of 30s.
