Brand Manager - Chocolates & Pastries

Job description / Role

- Manage local & international brand advertising & ensure optimum media schedules.
- Ability to act with pace, creatively challenging through true passion for the brands.
- The ability to understand customers and marketing channels
- The ability to lead team in a strategic way in national & international environment.
- The ability to design websites , social media & copy writing.
- Know how to handle accounting sides & know how to analyse the brand profit & loss.
- Very good managerial skills.
- The ability to build and keep a strong relationships with outside business & know how to deal with key persons.
- The ability to make a brand campaign .
- Experience creating and applying insights into brand strategy and actionable plans and ability to understand and apply research information.
- Planning, executing brand events and promotions
- Know how to manage and control budgets.
- Ensure public relations activities and actions are in line with brand strategies

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree with a Masters in Marketing being preferred
- 5-10 years experience in Brand Management &Sales
- Proficiency in English language
- Should have an experience within one or more well known brand specially in food & beverage.
- Marketing experience within a brand-lead consumer goods organisation is essential.
- Strong commercial skills
