Business Analyst - Public Sector - KSA
To conduct market research and financial modeling of investment and/or improvement opportunities to support in delivering the D&C Innovation Strategy. To make reports and presentations on findings and on progress for senior leadership.

Description
Due Diligence
• Performing due diligence and analysis on the investment and/or improvement opportunities to Collect data from the all the sector teams in order to facilitate the due diligence process.
• Review the Information received from the sector teams and identify any gaps in the data. Prepare the fact sheet for structured consideration of opportunities.
Market Research
• Conduct market research on all the investment/improvement opportunities and gather market intelligence to enhance the existing data.
• Prepare Market Research reports as required with clear and concise conclusions.
• Develop documentation for data sourcing and market research.
Reporting
• Develop flexible financial models for analysis of Investment opportunities.
• Prepare financial documents for presentation to potential stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Develop progress reports and presentations for internal and external use.

Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in Strategy or Management Consulting (MUST COME FROM CONSULTING BACKGROUND)
• Demonstrable competency and skills such as evaluating financial data, building assumptions and forecasting financial statements.
• Possess strong Market Research skills including both primary and secondary to form conclusions.
• High degree of competency with MS Office suite - Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team or Individually.
• Knowledge of the construction sector o Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with a diverse group of individuals
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in (international) business or related field is required
