Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the centre team, sales and marketing, finances and will report direct to the Senior Sales Manager and indirectly to the Managing Director.

You manage your own area in its entirety and therefore you can see how you and your team are performing. There are a number of measures on a monthly basis including your Profit and Loss statement, sales conversion rates, client termination churn and team turnover churn.

Additional duties are as follows but not limited to:
- Develop and execute sales strategy for all markets and products/services covered.
- Analyze, interpret, market and industry data in order to assess key industry areas.
- Monitor monthly sales progress for each product/service.
- Develop and maintain customer, broker and distributor relationships.
- Develop business-to-business relationships and promote the services/products through external agents.
- Develop ongoing marketing initiatives and plan on a month-to-month basis.
- Report monthly via given report templates
- Oversee HR and manage the on site team on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements

- Sales Management Experience.
- Excellent communication, planning, organization & time management skills.
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial ambition.
- Management or supervisory experience.
- You are able to deal with working under strict deadlines.
- You are computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Basic HTML preferable) You have a dedication to developing the company and brand during expansion phases on a global scale.
