Business Development

Job description / Role

Promote the company and seek new business and investment opportunities within KSA. Build and maintain strong relationship with the company’s clients and the industry leaders.

Prepare, analyses and administrate feasibility studies and submit related reports.

- Understand the company divisions and the business cycle in all areas, in order to be able to represent the company whenever applicable
- Understand the technicality of the business, products, services, operation in order to be able to evaluate both operational and financial business opportunities
- Approach companies, corporate, government, and private, to seek potential business opportunities
- Visit the current clients with the sales team and build relation with them for business extension / maintain relationship Maintain and develop strong business relationship with existing clients and conducts
- Analyze and research the market, prepare business studies, and evaluate competitor’s offers and update the top management accordingly
- Seek potential investment opportunities across KSA specially Jeddah
- Attend business conferences and maximize networking with industry leaders
- Draft department policies and procedures

Requirements

Minimum Education: Master Degree in Business Management/ college certificate
Work experience required: minimum of 5 years in business development

- Understanding of how to develop and implement business strategies
- Thorough knowledge of company history, culture, identity and goals
- Ability to work well with all levels of management, executive leadership and support staff
- Able to supervise a large staff of middle management and support staff

- Problem-solving and conflict management
- Certificates & Licenses: Driving License is required.
