Job description / Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Tabuk and various other areas in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market presence in the safety devices manufacturing and sales industry. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a proven track record in sales and business development, along with a deep understanding of the market and industry trends.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the safety devices manufacturing and sales industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas and market trends.
- Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and promotional activities.
- Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and sales contracts to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to the management team.
- Stay updated with industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar sales/business development role in the safety devices manufacturing and sales industry.
- Strong understanding of the safety devices market, industry trends, and customer needs in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications would be a plus.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required. Knowledge of other languages would be an advantage.
- Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office, and other sales management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to travel within Saudi Arabia and internationally as required.
