Job description / Role
Sales & Business Development
- Strive hard and acquire complete Product Knowledge of Shababco FM.
- Plan and schedule his work and day to day activities in an efficient manner.
- Do complete client Segmentation as per client profile and nature of business.
- Has to meet or exceed monthly targets given by ROM.
- To develop the prospective client database.
- Effective follow up with prospective client.
- Timely and accurate submission of Proposals, Quotations and other required communication.
- Assist the Regional Operations Manager by submitting the requirements given by potential clients.
- Submit to Regional Operations Manager the new potential services & products and also give suggestions to improve the current ones.
- Compete the target number of Sales Visits and the Telephone Calls per day
Marketing, Advertisement and PR
- Support and help in executing the Marketing Activities & Tasks as instructed by Regional Operations Manager.
CRM
- Initiate and update Leads and complete Prospective Client Information in CRM Software.
- Regularly update the CRM on follow-ups and client response.
- Collect the Client Feedback once a month and update on CRM
- Complete all necessary information in the CRM portal as required.
Profitability & Performance
- Meets Business Goals set by Regional Operations Manager while maintaining the company service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 2 Years in sales for Facility Management Services.
Job Requirement:
- Participates actively in organization-wide activities without hesitance or personal reservation.
- Can adapt to unusual job-related circumstances.
- Works effectively under stressful condition.
- Willing to work extended hours to attend to emergency cases.
Travel:
- Possesses a local Driving License and willing and fit to travel for business purposes in and out of the country any time required.
- Location as per companies requirements.
