Position: Business Development Manager
Supervisor: Managing Director
Overview of the role
Builds market position by locating, developing, negotiating and closing business relationships.
Identify and develop business opportunities for Real Estate Management Services.
Key responsibilities:
Locates potential business deals by contacting potential clients; discovering and exploring opportunities.
Pro-actively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.
Developing and maintaining customer relationships.
Negotiating and closing deals.
Requirements
Criteria:
At least five years experience in Real Estate Management.
Natural ability to build long lasting relationships.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills.
Results driven and ability to work as part of a team.
Superior presentation and excellent written and oral communication skills.
Have a desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization.
Knowledge/ Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of marketing strategies and promotion planning strategies. Saudi GCC marketing knowledge is desirable.
Strong client relationship management and development attitude.
Excellent coordination skills.
Basic Microsoft computer skills including outlook, Spread sheet, database and Power Point.
A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and part of a team.
Good in spoken and written English.
