Business Development Manager - KSA

As part of their continued growth and success in the region, our client who are a multinational FMCG are keen to expand their team in Saudi Arabia

Reporting to the Head of Sales for the region, the Business Development Manager would come in to lead and motivate the distributor sales team, implement brand strategies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and ensure sales/distribution/promotional targets are met.

Responsible for heading the organisations expansion in KSA, Based out of Riyadh with extensive travel across the country.You will be instrumental in devising and implementing the strategy for meeting sales performance targets across all channels (i.e. Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, Wholesales & Horeca)

Requirements

- Must be able to demonstrate a track record of sales success
- Strong Account Management and/or Territory Sales experience with proven relationship building skills
- Experience of managing major National Accounts at head office level
- Experience in trade and consumer marketing strategy formulation and execution
- Proven history in managing and developing teams to successfully deliver against stretching growth targets
- Strong communication skills/leadership skills
- In depth understanding of sales and marketing principles
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- To be educated to degree standard or equivalent
- Strong (10 years +) sales management experience within KSA
