Job description / Role
In this role your aim will be to grow the SME business for this global freight forwarding business. This role requires someone who is a true sales 'hunter' and is prepared to take the initiative, generate leads and convert these leads into clients.

You will be working for a world renowned freight forwarding business that is known for its high standard of service delivery as well as for their extensive network of operations globally.
Description
Your key responsibilities in this role would include but will not be limited to the following:
* Create and implement a business development strategy aimed at growing market share for the business
* Work towards achieving sales targets as per agreement with line manager
* Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients within Riyadh
* Maintain a consistent sales pipeline to ensure continuous revenue generation
* Analyse historic data and use it in planning future sales plans
* Internal and External Stakeholder Management

Requirements
To be considered for this position you must meet the following requirements:
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets
* Prior business development experience within the freight forwarding business in KSA
* Excellent communication skills in English and preferably in Arabic too
* Ability to proactively identify new business opportunities
* Strong commercial acumen
* Degree qualified
* Leadership abilities that can be utilised in a more senior role in the future
