Job description / Role
Aspiriti have an opportunity for a Business Development Manager to develop the water and waste water business across the Region. This role is based out of the Saudi and will have full autonomy and be responsible for the delivery of projects.
Duties include:
• You will prepare and deliver presentations and work with the development team.
• You will have responsibility to supervise the research and conduct assessments and the viability of projects/ markets.
• You will define the design and dimensions of the technical proposal, project quantities and schedule as well as negotiate commercial terms with the relevant stakeholders.
• Good general awareness of the market (new projects, tenders, client requirements) and prepare pre-qualification documents for public and private projects.
Requirements
• The successful candidate should have a degree in a relevant Engineering discipline
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role and previous work experience on Middle East projects.
• You should ideally have multidisciplinary knowledge in water/waste management or have a proven background in either.
• You should also have project leadership skills from conception, design through to execution as well as be an excellent relationship builder to deal with internal & external stake holders.
• In addition, you should be able to deliver and work across various proposals/tenders at the same time.
• Advantageous to be Multi lingual in Arabic/English
