Overview

National Champions within Aramco aims to deliver end-to-end, business development, entrepreneurship, and investment opportunities to convert lucrative business ideas into national champions that enable job creation and economic growth.

Leap10, within the National Champion, is responsible for transforming Small and Medium- Sized Enterprises (SMEs) into high growth corporations and helping to create sustainable jobs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The program features include onboarding new SMEs, conducting diagnostics and developing strategy & implementation plans.

We are seeking a candidate to take a leading role in the SMEs Origination and Support track that is responsible for the end-to-end process, including onboarding new SMEs, conducting diagnostics and developing strategy & implementation plans. The candidate will leverage digital tools and platforms to serve SMEs, and build on deep internal and external partnerships to ensure the success of accelerating the SMEs growth and job creation.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Become an enable of the SMEs, focusing on the delivery of business planning, Strategic due diligence and growth strategy services in multiple industries
- Develop and manage digital tools and platforms to serve SMEs in efficient manner
- Conduct virtual training, mentorship, and coaching sessions to SMEs in collaboration with partners
- Grow a network of advisors, private & public partners and investors.
- Provide expertise in strategy, talent and digital domains to support the SMEs.
- Conduct deep dives on SMEs and their operations and identify areas of improvement required to support the SMEs.
- Develop internal team capabilities in specific areas to build internal set of expertise in supporting the SMEs.
- Maintain all-year-round operations, logistics, scheduling, and event management programs.
- Measure SME performance to ensure that the SMEs are benefiting from the program.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or another related field; Master's degree in Business Administration from an accredited college or university is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience in a client facing business development role across a career in tech, Investment Banking, Growth & Private Equity, Venture Capital, consulting, or a C-Level Executive in startups & SMEs
- Significant experience focused in helping SMEs, corporations conduct thorough analysis of potential acquisition targets, including assessing the market landscape (structure, size and profitability, drivers of performance, trends, outlook), the target's competitive position (competitive landscape, target's relative financial performance, target's relative offer position)
- Strong business acumen, with analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to understand how business model decisions impact performance
- Comfort with ambiguity and fluid client situations and ability to work in a fast-paced deal environment; travel varies with client assignments
- Team oriented work ethic and collaborative attitude.
- Strong command of the English language
