Consultation Manager (Management Consultant) Training Industry (Male - Arabic Speaking)

Salary: 20,000 to 24,000 SAR

One of our clients, a leading Training and Consultancy Company with offices spanning Jordan, UAE and Saudi Arabia is expanding their rapidly growing business across the region. They are a trusted advisor for many leading businesses, governments, and institutions helping leaders make distinctive, lasting, and substantial improvements to the performance of their organizations through their trainings and consultations.

As they are expanding their services in the market, they have a new requirement for a Consultation Manager to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This is a strategic and a high networking role in the company which reports to the Operations Director. This person will be responsible for establishing a new consultations department in the company, identifying problems and reorganizing the strategy via consultation. The focus of this role is to meet clients, conduct gap analysis, identify their training needs and provide necessary consultation to large corporate and government organizations. This is a high pressure job and we need someone who is willing to take up this challenge preferably with a background in consulting.

Responsibilities:
- Determining and clarifying strategic and operational problems via consultation
- Identifying problems and seeking solutions
- Reviewing current strategy
- Undertaking research into the industry sector, markets and competitors
- Collecting, analyzing and interpreting data and statistics
- Compiling and presenting information verbally, visually and in writing
- Identifying and assessing the pros and cons of possible strategies
- Outlining objectives, developing, advising about and implementing agreed solutions

Requirements

- Experience in Saudi is a must
- Arabic speaking candidates only
- Only male candidates
- Should be fluent in English
- MBA holders are preferable
- Should be well versed in Ms. Office windows
- Good numerical abilities, Analytical abilities, commercial awareness
