Job description / Role
- Communication skills, with the ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good enough in Analytical Thinking, Business Orientated Team work, Decision Making, and Potential Initiative.
Requirements
- Graduate in Telecom Engineering preferably with a training/Certificate in Project Management (PMP), IP Networking
- Minimum of 5+ years Telecom Engineering
- Service customers by providing product and services information, resolving product and service issues at least 3 years in a similar role.
- Maintains customer records and service SLA and KPI
- Background and experience GPON and Dark Fiber Customer Service Activations
- Experience in IP Network configuration and troubleshooting for L2VPN, L3VPN, DIA, DDA Circuit and FTTH product and services
