Job description / Role
- Communication skills, with the ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good enough in Analytical Thinking, Business Orientated Team work, Decision Making, and Potential Initiative.
Requirements
- Graduate in Telecom Engineering preferably with a training / Certificate in OSS/BSS, PMF Forum Certification.
- 7+ years experience in the Telecom/OSS domain
- Work experience should include System design & development of OSS solutions in the areas of Resource Management, Network Inventory, Service Provisioning, Service Assurance
- Deep understanding of relevant Telecom standards & Technologies.
- Deep knowledge of the existing CEM, OSS, BSS, and IT vendor landscape.
