Job description / Role
The Company
Robert Half is working on an exclusive basis with a private company who have offices across the GCC. Our client has a number of products servicing the healthcare sector and are recruiting for a BT and PMO Lead to join as soon as possible.
The Role
This role will be responsible for developing and managing the business performance function along with program management, leading transformation projects with Healthcare providers within the GCC.
Key Responsibilities
• Leading client's process re-engineering projects. Restructuring their revenue process (registration, pre-approvals, CDM, Coding, Cash posting, Submissions, resubmissions, denials management and reconciliation)
• Review of current strategy, redesign and implementation of improved RCM practices within newly setup healthcare provider organizations
• Management of several projects simultaneously with a view to improving cross organizational performance
• Setting up of new and improving existing standards whilst increasing operational performance internally within the business
• Being the go to advisor for the organizations excellence management system
• Establishing and implementing the management processes for internal transactions to conduct performance reviews across all internal business professions
• Management of a team of quality controllers
• Structuring and Standardizing policies, guidelines and SOP's
• Developing strategies to adopt global industry standards and achieving international accreditation's for services industry
Requirements
Candidate Requirements
• Strong analytical and business skills, with the ability to think strategically and to manage details
• Strong interpersonal, communication, decision making and leadership skills
• Experience of working with teams in international settings
• Experience in operations and internal audit essential
• Ideally worked in a similar capacity within at least one of the Big Four accounting firms
• Established commercial acumen with demonstrable experience in developing key stakeholder and client relationships
• Awareness of healthcare industry project cycles including venture proposals, audits, strategies, implementations is desirable
Salary and Benefits
• 30,000 - 35,000 SAR per month plus benefits
