Job description / Role
- Prepare and produce the finest cakes, pastries desserts and other baked goods to the highest industry standards
- Create & bring new ideas & attention to details
- Responsible for the production of cakes with quality & follow the standard hygiene procedure
- Decorating and plating various pastries and desserts
- Developing and testing new recipes
- Prepares and makes a complete range of pastries, cakes, tarts, quiches, mousses, pies and desserts as per agreed production
Requirements
- Has a good experience in the field of sweets & cakes
- Fluent in English
- Able to work under pressure.
- Has a good communication skills.
- Has an eye for Art , artistic ability & passion
- Possesses creativity and detail-orientation
- Shows concern for health, safety and awareness in standard culinary procedures
