Job description / Role
Call Centre Supervisor - Saudi Female (Al Jabr Financing)
Objectives: Plans, organizes and controls the operation of the Customer Service Division, Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in customer service activities.
Main responsibilities:
- Maintain detailed and current knowledge of the company’s products and services.
- Analyze customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments.
- Requires ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
- Issues instructions and assigns duties to workers.
- Monitoring the team’s performance
- Reporting to senior management / personnel when required
- Communicates with other departments and management to resolve problems and expedite work.
- Resolves complaints and answers questions of customers regarding services and procedures.
- Plans and develops improved procedures.
- Implement and / or manage the organizations customer service policies, procedures, standards, and strategies Comply with and maintain knowledge of applicable rules, regulations, standards, and best practices
- Communicates with other departments and management to resolve problems and expedite work.
