Camp Boss

Job description / Role

- Management and coordination of maintenance and repairs on camp facilities including plumbing, painting, carpentry, cleaning, and electrical duties.
- Responsible for checking entrances/exits on camp premises of company's employees/visitors and maintaining related records.
- Inspection of all camp facilities and reporting to relevant personnel.
- Supervision and orientatioin of camp labourers.
- Maintenance of standard first aid supplies.
- Responsible for weekly camp attendance summary, financial records and other required reports.
- Responsible for security of camp facilities and camp personnel.
- Inventory management and orders of equipment and supplies.
- Close cooperation with Personnel and Transportation Departments
- Performance of other tasks, aas determined by the Site Management

Requirements

Candidate should have 10-15 years of related work experience, preferably in the construction or oil and gas sectors and within Middle East.

Moreover, below characteristics are essential:
- Excellent command of English Language, and computer literacy
- Command of Arabic (verbal and written) will be considerd a strong asset
- Establishment of effective working relationships with people/colleagues and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ability to interact with employees from multi-cultural backgrounds.
- Maintenance of records/reports and corporate property as per company's policies and procedures and site management's instructions
