Job description / Role

CFO - Eastern Province

We are currently recruiting for a client in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia who is looking to hire a CFO for their well-established oilfield services group. This individual will have direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, negotiations, investor relationships, and partnership compliance.

Salary:
SAR 60,000 to 75,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

We are looking for a dynamic individual with at least 15 years’ experience in progressive leadership positions.

This individual will ideally be a Saudi National. Alternatively, an Arabic speaker with significant Saudi experience would be considered. Skilled in client interaction as well as a good reputation with Saudi banks, this individual must have a demonstrable track record of managing companies in the US$ 200-300 mm turnover with JV experience. Experience in dealing with Private Equity owned Groups is also important with the ability to help manage exit strategies as well as buying and selling companies.

The appointed CFO will sit on the Boards of the JV companies. Gravitas and confident persuasion are required to work with leadership teams and stakeholders alike. The individual will ideally have a similar industry background, but that is not essential where candidates can demonstrate relevant experience.
