Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Support day-to-day Change Management activities to ensure that all the changes are properly documented, planned, coordinated and implemented within Change Management policies and procedures.

Responsibilities;
- Oversight of infrastructure, system and Application projects.
- Ensure all changes are consistent with business and technical plans and strategies.
- Ensure that the required level of technical and management accountability is maintained for every change.
- Ensuring that all the tasks dates are accurate and the deployment date is feasible and updated.

Requirements

- Exposure to best practices and standards like ITIL, ISO20000.
- Experience driving a strong change management culture by championing tools and techniques in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Communicative and assertive team player who also has sufficient maturity.
- Good organisational, analytical and problem solving skills.
