Chief Data Officer

Job description / Role

Leap29 are currently working with a renowned bank situated in Saudi Arabia who are seeking to appoint a Chief Data Officer to effectively and efficiently manage and implement the standard for enterprise data.

The role will require the incumbent to define the data strategy for the bank, to implement and oversee the execution of the approved data policies, data processes and data quality framework. Also for managing and implementing the standard for enterprise data across the business. The is a senior level position which will involve working closely with key stakeholders, including the CRO, COO & CFO.

Requirements

To be suitable candidates must be educated to degree level within a relevant field and have 15-20 years of experience dealing directly with data management. Applicants must also have experience running data management programs within a large financial institution and demonstrate knowledge of data structure, data systems/tools, related software, data management policies and practices
