Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Direct and controls the Finance, Accounting , Procurement and Legal Affairs staff to ensure that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standards and agreed polices.
- Contribute to the development of the company's strategy, develop and implement the financial strategies to ensure the achievement of plans and objectives.
- Provide consultations on financial management, financial monitor and control to executive management, directors and staff to ensure that the company's mission and financial objectives are met.
- Prepare the Accounting & Finance annual budget.
- Monitor and control the capital and operating actual expenses against budget to ensure that it is inline with company’s policies and procedures and advise the concerned department incase of any departure from the approved budget.
- Direct the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, reports to shareholders, and reports for government regulatory agencies.
- Develop and maintain all necessary financial systems and procedures to ensure the effective and efficient attainment of company objectives.
- Maintain a close working relationship with the external/ internal auditors to ensure compliance and cooperation with their requirements.
- Negotiate and control all financial contracts to ensure that services provide optimum value to the company.
- Develop and maintain appropriate arrangements for effective cash management, making payments, collecting receipts, securing banking arrangements, monitoring income and ensuring optimum value to the company.
- Recommend and implement arrangements for costing and appraising all proposals with resource implications, including those relating to the use of external contractors and consultants, and recommend appropriate qualitative and quantitative performance measures.
- Devise and implement appropriate financial and administrative procedures for the company and ensure that these operate effectively and are communicated to all staff.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with banks, financial institutions and negotiate with the banks the company’s facilities and the financial costs related to those facilities.
- Conduct, evaluate and make due diligence for new ventures of the Company.
- Control, monitor and recommend the appropriate tools that serve the best investment for the company.
- Develop, control and monitor the allocation of vehicle’s cost.

Requirements

- Doctorate or Masters Degree in Finance, Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of related senior management experience (automotive company is preferable) in large or medium size.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Excellent Computer skills.
