Chief Operating Officer - Construction

Job description / Role

• An exciting opportunity to join an expanding construction company in Saudi Arabia.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational health and strategic operational management, contributing to the group's mission of delivering innovative solutions in the construction sector.
• This will involve strategic planning, operational reporting and analysis, risk management, compliance as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the construction company.

Requirements

Applicants should meet the following criteria
• A degree in Engineering, Architecture or similar
• MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable
• A minimum of 15 years post graduate experience with at least 5 years experience within the Middle East.
• Proven experience as a COO or in a senior operational leadership role within the construction or related industries.
• In-depth knowledge of operational management, efficiency optimization, and analysis.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• An excellent communicator able to lead and implement change.
