Job description / Role
I.T
- Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
- Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center.
Talent Acquisition
- Prepare timely and accurate reports of Talent Acquisition department to meet the Exchange and the departmental requirements, objectives, and standards.
- Ensure recruitment needs are in line with the manpower plan to reach optimum service levels.
Logistics Services
- Plan best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings, or re-organizing current locations.
- Direct staff transportation for/from the camp to the job locations.
Government Relations
- Manage all governmental issues related to staff : Labor, passport, and traffic offices.
Employment Relationship
- Lead enterprise management activities and train ERO’s members.
- Ensure necessary actions are undertaken by the ERO’s.
Requirements
- 10 + years in senior management positions in operations, sales, business development, or marketing related to Services sector.
IT
- ERP system Implementation: number of modules implemented.
- Average data efficiency: measures data center efficiency and accuracy
Talent Acquisition
- Average cost of recruitment by employee.
- Percentage of vacancies filled that meet hiring plan.
- Average staff turnover cost: Costs associated with employee departures, includes costs like recruitment, training, etc.
Logistics and Governmental affairs
- % of cost cutting in maintenance and outsourcing services.
- % of violation fees related to employee governmental documents.
Employment relationship
- Set customer service survey system to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Complaints/contacts per customer: The less contacts to your customer service department the better
