Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is one of America's leading consultant companies with over 25 years of experience in providing professional and technical services positioned to design, build, finance and operate infrastructure assets around the world, We have an opportunity for a Chief Quantity Surveyor.

Responsibilities:
- A technical team, which will provide quantity surveying services to the various divisions and sections of the Department of Public Works and other client/colleague ministries of the government.
- Preparation of Tender and Contract Documents to include but not limited to:
- Preparing estimates, contract documents and reports
- Supervision of Tender process inclusive of Bid Analysis of capital work to negotiation, cost control, and final account
- Contract Administration to be inclusive of but not limited to: construction supervision, inspection, measurement of contract works and preparation of payment certificates
- Preparation of draft cabinet papers
- Liaising with consultants on capital projects.
- Preparation of assessment /evaluation reports and attend meetings as they may arise
- Any other duties which may arise in due course of execution of projects

Requirements

- Education and experience in Western countries.
- B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
- He must be accredited by recognized western institution and merits adequate minimum experience of 15 years in the field of work.
- He shall attend at the consultant office in Jeddah.
