Job description / Role
360 Recruitment are a leading international recruitment company - we are looking for a CIO to join one of our clients - a group holding company in KSA. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a well established and successful group, who are looking to expand their horizons even further.
Your role will be to oversee the existing array of Business Units, Divisions and partnerships, whilst also taking a lead role in executing protracted M & A transactions alongside managing Investment, Banking and lending partnerships.
Reporting to the CEO you will be a trusted ally and expert in operational and strategic decision making issues. Providing the relevant information, analysis, projections and subsequently the providing the reports regarding performance of group companies against there stated Goals and targets.
Requirements
- Relevant Post graduate Degree from a renowned academic institution.
- 10 years experience handling M&A's - ideally from origination to execution.
- Man management of other qualified professionals.
- Exceptional financial management skills - especially in providing & presenting high quality data; with recommendations and conclusions
