Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- To ensure claim process like intimation are done within the agreed TURN AROUND TIME.
- Wherever delegated surveyor appointment, investigator, lawyers are appointed immediately.
- Follow up with the loss adjusters, Account Executives and clients.
- Reporting to senior claim administrator on a regular basis on claims related issues.
- Ensure updating of reserves in system.
- To call concerned parties for clarifications.
- Prepare settlement of claims.
- Submission of claim statistics to insurance companies/ clients as per agreed frequency.
- Ensure updating of claims reserves in system.
- Keep records of settlement for adequate period.
- Adhere to the contents of the Operating Procedures Manual (OPM) and the Company’s overall internal procedures and policies.
- Nil E&Os.
- Performs such other duties as may be required from time to time.

Requirements

- 5 years of experience.
- University degree is a must or holder of professional qualifications e.g. CII or Dip CII.
- Good command in English.
- Computer literate.
- Preferably bilingual.
- Minimum working knowledge of insurance policies, practices and products.
- Process oriented approach to claim management.
