Your Role and Responsibilities
This position is a senior member of the Sales Profession, Relationship Sales Discipline, Expert Level. The Client Manager is responsible for:
- Manages the total customer relationship with one strategic or several important clients.
- Responsible on achieving assigned Revenue, Profits & Contracts Signings Targets for the territory.
- Maintain, Plans and executes an effective relationship strategy and maintains effective long-term business relationships at the senior level with key decision makers and influencers.
- Is the integrator of IBM before the customer.
- Identifies and prioritizes IBM opportunities and develops solutions strategies.
- Plans and facilitates and/or conducts complex negotiations reaching lasting agreements and commitments.
- Leads & is responsible for developing an effective account plan, including ibm digital sales activity.
- Responsible for revenue, profit, signings, and customer satisfaction on assigned accounts.
- Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Min. 10 to 12 years of experience in similar position with MNCs preferably in Saudi.
- Proven track record of achieving assigned sales targets (magnitude of tens of Millions) in similar position.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Applies comprehensive understanding of sales processes, including the IBM Client Value Method
- Existing/developing client relationships with the major Oil Company of Saudi Arabia.
- Demonstrates a professional knowledge of business acumen, including an understanding of the customers' business, industry, economic trends, issues and competition
- Understands organizational resources, priorities, needs and policies, both IBM and clients.
- Understands IBM strategies, offerings, and technologies. Applies knowledge of information technology and leading edge solutions related to the client's business.
- Masters the required proficiency levels of the Relationship Discipline skills for this position
