Job description / Role
This position is mainly responsible for clinical communications and providing technical support and expertise to external and internal customers.
Client Details
• Our client is a leading dental products company with a presence in over 50 countries.
Description
• Provide clinical customer support and clinical technical advice on mid-course correction and case refinement.
• Liaise with the technical staff to ensure alignment with quality standards
• Investigation and analysis of customer inquiries, complaints and adverse events.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in dentistry with a specialization in Orthodontics
• Arabic speaker is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of work experience within related fields
