Job description / Role
- Responsible for monitoring and rehabilitation of delinquent accounts with the goal of minimizing the number of past due accounts
- Resourcefulness in securing Promises to pay and actual recoveries
- To create a professional and friendly environment providing fast, flexible and efficient service to our customers and at all times remaining within the law.
- Recommend cases for rescheduling and postponement
- Prepare all documentation required for filing police cases and repossession orders
- Sending Reminder 2 and Legal notice
- Reaching to settlements with major defaulted customers
- Participate in achieving the overall branch targets
Requirements
- Saudi Nationality
- Fluent English
- A strong knowledge of the local Saudi legal system
- Previous experience in role essential 3-5 years
- Track record of success in Collections
- Well networked with the police and other necessary parties to assist with Debt recovery
- Contacts with SAMA/ MOCI
