Commercial Director - Facilities Management

Job description / Role

Our client is a leading Facilities Management company. They are currently seeking a Commercial Director to join their team in Riyadh, KSA.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
- Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring.
- Takes the lead role in initiating and implementing and contribute in short- and long-term business strategies planning and formulation for the company to achieve its goal, in addition to leading in bid preparation, clients negotiating, bringing and closing new leads.
- Attend and prepare all executive meeting materials.
- Oversees the purchasing and procurement operations in getting goods, products, equipment, and services from vendors/suppliers to ensure accurate delivery time and efficient movement of goods as well as being cost effective.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Requires a minimum of 10 years of industry experience
- Associates degree in Business Administration or Business Management
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable with “hands-on” management of tasks, and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to own, manage and speak to a P&L
