Commercial & Legal Manager

We are a UAE based recruitment company, currently seeking for an experienced Commercial & Legal Manager. Our client is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia which is a global leader in commercial real estate services and investments and has been serving clients in the Middle East for nearly 20 years.

The Compliance & Legal Manager will manage all legal affairs related to the structure of the organization, its commercial licenses, and commercial law compliance.

Salary:
SAR 25,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Tickets, medical insurance, annual leave

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in Law
5 to 7 plus years’ experience in corporate and commercial law practice
With experience of Saudi commercial contract review and drafting to work in a fast paced environment.
Excellent communication and writing skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Sound knowledge regarding commercial and corporate law of Saudi Arabia
