Commercial Manager - Jizan
A leading international engineering services provider have a requirement for a Commercial Manager to join their expanding business in Jizan.
The Commercial Manager will provide leadership in a number of areas including Project Reporting, Cost Management, Tender Support, Contracts Management and Commercial Management.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure commercial, risk management, and legal compliance are performed in accordance with Company Policies and Corporate Governance requirements
- Actively oversee contractual administration of projects to ensure the Company’s commercial and financial interests are protected.
- Provide direction on contract and cost management matters to commercial and operational staff.
- Actively oversee preparation of monthly CVRs.
- Evaluate and subsequently negotiate tender contract terms and conditions to ensure commercial viability.
Requirements
- 15+ years experience.
- Ability to work independently in overseeing and co-ordinating commercial management in the KSA business.
- Be capable of working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and be culturally aware and sensitive.
- Possess knowledge of influences of local legislation on commercial contracts.
- Degree qualified.
- Professional qualification such as MRICS, MICES or MCIOB is a bonus.
