Job description / Role
Commercial Manager - Saudi
Client is a leading Interior fit-out contractor with a large presence across the middles east.
They have recently been awarded two large-scale projects in Saudi (Jeddah & Riyadh). Contract value between SR 90-250m
A commercial manager is required to oversee the two newly awarded projects, and report directly into the senior commercial manager.
Salary is paying SR 25-28,000 all in cash package
Requirements
- Degree holder - construction or commercial (QS)
- Local project experience is desirable
- Interior fit out project experience desirable but not essential
- Strong excel skills
- Excellent English language skill (speaking & writing)
- Managed single projects with a value over SR 50m
