Employment: Full Time

Our client is Saudi Arabia's largest distribution hub to European, Middle Eastern, as well as African markets.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer with a Team of 20 direct reports, this role will be responsible to design a complete sales and marketing strategy with defined targets and objectives, covering various sectors and company footprint and developments across required regions. Forecasting requirements, preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.

Determining annual Gross Revenue and Net Revenue by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products, analyzing trends and results, establishing pricing strategies, recommending selling prices, monitoring costs and competition activity.

Built rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, anticipating new opportunities. Recruit, train and drive sales for local and regional business development team to meet company expectation and growth.

Develop, launch and execute complete CRM web based software, control reporting, access and visibility. Design and implement freight management & contract logistics RFQ process & SOP. Engage in supplier negotiations and procurement process. Focused on gaining and developing global accounts 3PL opportunities.

Responsible for identifying the needs of the Global accounts and their customers in order to create both short and long term goals for the company that will maximize its presence within its industry. Heavily involved in contract negotiation, review and agreement on terms and conditions prior signature and throughout the contract validity.

Requirements

We seek a senior manager with a proven track record working for a reputable multinational 3PL company as Sales & Marketing Manager, to participate in securing business.

Selling management systems, warehousing, technology, contract logistics and general, special warehousing.

Work closely with the COO developing a sales strategy to develop new opportunities within the main verticals.

Work with a team of professionals using a consultative sales approach.

Develop and design a go to market strategy to be communicated to customers.
