A proven Commercial Manager (Client Side)
At least 10 years of experience
Hospitality/Real estate experience is a must
Have knowledge of Bill of Quantities
Tendering
Have worked for PMC/ Developer
Have a lot of experience in hotels
Requirements
The candidate must be a Commercial Manager in construction Client Side and have the following:
Available to work in Mecca
Has worked with and led quantity surveyors
Has experience in mid to large range projects
Hospitality experience is a must
