Job description / Role
Our client is an intentional PMC, they have a very urgent requirement for a Commercial manager to work on a brand new 5 star hotel project in Jeddah, KSA.
This is a fantastic chance for the successful candidate to further their career in the Middle East.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have experience of working in a western country. Also ideally would come form a quantity surveyor back ground and have excellent working of FIDIC contract. Who can control both finances and contractual issues.
Experience working on a high-end hotel would be advantage.
